1. Merged AIT & ITS Customer Service/Service Desk Workflow
2. Merged AIT & ITS Asset Lifecycle Management Workflow
3. Merged AIT & ITS Roles and Responsibilities
The documentation effort will also review and assess current processes and develop supporting best practice checklists/tables. This documentation effort will get integrated into an ongoing effort to develop and update the “LCPS Technology Services Operations Guide.”
Assess Process Maturity Level
Conduct an assessment to determine where the LCPS Department of Technology Services is in relation to ITIL best practices.
